Mr. Govind Gadgil & Mrs. Renu Gadgil holds 98.5 equity in the company & professional management is headed by CEO-Director Amit Modak who is working with the group since 1997. In 2012, P. N. Gadgil & Sons become functional with 2 showrooms which are located at Chinchwad & Nashik. Presently company has 29 showrooms and 120 thousand Sq.Ft. spaces. Board has 8 directors of which 4 are independent directors. Company doesn’t have any overseas operations and also not involved in exports, imports and it has no subsidiaries.
