Triveni completed a course in Rough Diamond grading and joined P. N. Gadgil in 2003 as a part time employee. She handled diamond jewellery counter at PNG & Sons chinchwad showroom.Over the years, she has learned and got the knowledge about gold, silver jewellery from in house experts. Now she is the showroom in charge.

“After shifting to Nashik I was looking for job and got it in MNC where my job was on machine tooling. I worked in MNC for 4 years. But, I was not happy as it was against my nature. I was looking for job profile which will suit to my nature as I liked to interact with people. And one day, I came to know about the job opening at P N Gadgil, Nashik showroom. After a series of interviews, I was selected as CCO and this profile was suitable to my nature. Hence, I joined in 2008 and then I never looked back. I have learned many new things about this industry and products. When I began my career, I was not known in Nashik city. Today, I got my Identity because of P N Gadgil & Sons Ltd. Today, people recognized me because of P. N. Gadgil & Sons Ltd. I would like to thank P N Gadgil & Sons Ltd. who gave me an excellent platform to show my skills.”
Metro city girl shifted to Nahik after marriage and started working with MNC company.But, she was not satisfied as her job profile was mostly mechanical. She then decided to start a new professional journey where she can interact with people. Then, she joined P. N. Gadgil, Nashik, Canada corner showroom in early 2008 where she was posted as CCO (Customer Care Officer). She got knowledge about the jewellery industry and about the precious metals and Gems. Now after a decade, she is the showroom in charge.
Yogita Shinde
“I stared working with P N Gadgil in early 2003 while doing my graduation in commerce. After working for four years in jewellery industry I moved to Account Job profile in MNC. But, I was not getting sustainable job. I then rejoined P N Gadgil & Sons in 2013. My past experience in jewellery sector and accounting has helped me a lot. I grabbed additional knowledge and my efforts paved results. Management and my seniors have given me an opportunity to lead the showroom. Again I have pushed myself, ‘you can do it’! Today I am really happy that I am handling the showroom which is not in my hometown.”
To fulfill her dreams she started working before she graduated in commerce with passion. Then, joined NBFC company where she spent five years. But, she was not satisfied as it was not giving her stable career.She then joined P N Gadgil & Sons in 2013 as sales executive.Her past experienced in jewellery field and her ability to work hard as well as to learn new things has paid her the results. Now she is the showroom in charge.

Before started earning, I had decided to give my 100% to the job as I am very passionate about work. Being an outspoken person has helped me a lot in my retail sector job. I joined then P. N. Gadgil & Company in September 2004 as sales executive. I have learnt many things in my job and my skills also improved. In my more than 15 years career stint I have been promoted from sales to Supervisor and then to Jr. Assist. Manager. Now she is the showroom in charge.

I always wanted to earn in my life to make myself financially independent. I started my career as a data entry operator. This helped me to get computer operator post in then P. N. Gadgil & Company. I got promotion in 2007 as supervisor and in 2017 I became Jr. Assist. Manager. Now she is the showroom in charge.
